CANCELLATION
Cancellations must be received 90 days before the tour begins in writing, fax or e-mails before we make a refund less $180.00- per person administration fee. 89-60 days before the tour begins, 50% penalty based on the full tour cost. 59 days or less, absolutely no refunds. If we cancel the tour, you will get a full 100% refund.
INSURANCE
Travel insurance is absolutely mandatory and we will request to all our passengers to send us in writing the Insurance Policy number and company before traveling. We highly recommend it for you to get it as soon as you receive the confirmation of your trip.
